Transformational Leadership Learning lab

[ESAS] Good Society believes that a good community starts from good individuals. On the 29-31 August 2019, [ESAS] held a leadership workshop titled Transformational Leadership Learning Lab. Participants originated from D.I. Aceh, north Kalimantan, central Kalimantan, west Kalimantan, central Sulawesi, south Sulawesi, east Nusa Tenggara, east Java, west Java, and D.K.I. Jakarta with diverse background discipline. The Tribe, as we call them, is culminated with our method built by blocks adapted from the U-Theory.

 

Lead by Felia Salim and facilitated by Dr. Ben Chan, Shobi Lawalata, Nuhmila, the workshop was equipped with mental tools nurturing leadership skills in building a good community.
